2. Tournament Entry Fees

Entry fees for tournaments and matches are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Tournament is cancelled by WiggyZ before it begins
  • Technical issues on our platform prevent you from participating
  • You withdraw from a tournament at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time
  • The tournament fails to meet the minimum number of participants

3. Wallet Deposits

Deposits made to your WiggyZ wallet:

  • Can be withdrawn at any time (subject to minimum withdrawal limits)
  • Are refundable if deposited by mistake (request within 24 hours)
  • May be subject to processing fees as per our fee structure
  • Bonus amounts and promotional credits are non-refundable

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide your transaction ID and reason for refund
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Entry fees for completed tournaments or matches
  • Promotional bonuses and credits
  • Fees for tournaments you voluntarily forfeited
  • Losses due to your own technical issues or internet connectivity
  • Transactions older than 30 days

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues during a tournament that are caused by our platform, please report them immediately to our support team. We will investigate and may issue a refund or provide compensation based on the circumstances. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the incident.

7. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us immediately at support@wiggyz.com. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund if the transaction is found to be unauthorized.

8. Processing Time

Refund processing times:

  • Wallet refunds: Instant to 24 hours
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Paytm: 2-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit cards: 7-10 business days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Refund Abuse

WiggyZ reserves the right to deny refund requests if we suspect abuse of our refund policy. Repeated refund requests or patterns of suspicious behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
